My Vacation Time in Scarborough, Ont. in August 2016--Tues.Aug.9,2016 (DAY 4 of RIO 2016)

Today, I had to go see my chiropractor, Jason, and get a treatment and get fitted for orthotics.  Then, I had to come back to Ajax, Dave picked me up, and we went to Sentinel Storage where I paid for six months’ worth of storage.  Then, Dave took me to the Shoppers Drug Mart in Oshawa where I picked up the rest of my prescription, a birthday card for James, and his birthday present.  After that, I came back home to the hotel and paid some bills.

I’d had a rough night last night because my lower back was killing me for some reason, so I put some ice on it, popped some powerful pain pills, and hoped for the best.  Today, as luck would have it, I am able to move around again!
